1. Using this website
alcellu.com is published by ALCellu. By browsing it or sending us a request through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please contact us by email instead of using the forms.
You agree not to use the site in a way that interferes with it — automated scraping that degrades service, attempts to bypass the form's rate limits, or submission of false enquiry data.
2. Product information
Product pages summarise how our grades behave in typical dry-mix systems. They are written to help you shortlist a grade, not to specify one.
- The batch TDS prevails. Where a value on this site differs from the technical data sheet issued with your delivery, the TDS governs.
- Test conditions matter. A viscosity figure means nothing without its concentration, temperature, spindle and speed. Where we state a value, we state the conditions; do not carry the number to a different method.
- "Available on request" is not a value. Some parameters are released only in the grade TDS or in the certificate of analysis for a specific batch. They are not published figures and must not be read as typical results.
- No technical guarantee. Nothing on this site is a warranty that a product is fit for a particular application. That is agreed, if at all, in the signed sales contract and its specifications annex.
3. Reference formulations
Where we publish a starting formulation — a dosage range for tile adhesive, putty or plaster, for example — it is a research starting point based on our own trials. It is not a recipe for your plant.
Local cement, sand grading, water hardness, mixer type and the standard you are working to (EN 12004, ASTM C627 or a national equivalent) all shift the result. You are responsible for validating any formulation against your own materials and the standard that applies to your market before you sell a finished product.
Our technical team will help with that work — send us your mix design and test results and we will tell you what we would change. Help is advice; the decision and the liability for the finished product remain with you.
4. Intellectual property
The text, layout, photographs, illustrations and product naming on this site belong to ALCellu. You may read, download and print pages for your own evaluation, and you may share a technical data sheet or safety data sheet with colleagues and customers who need it to handle the product safely.
You may not republish our content as your own, resell it, or use our brand name and product codes in a way that suggests a distributorship or endorsement that does not exist.
5. Third-party links
Where we link to a standard, a trade body or another website, the link is there to save you a search. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost production, lost profit, loss of a customer — arising from reliance on the content of this website, or from the site being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The courts of the People's Republic of China have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rule in your country of residence.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods applies to contracts we conclude, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
