FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is the sample really free?
The 200 g sample itself is free of charge, and there is no obligation to order afterwards. The dispatch arrangements for your destination are set out in the sample confirmation we send before the parcel leaves the warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Samples are taken from stock, so they leave the warehouse quickly. Transit time depends on the destination and the courier service selected, and the tracking number goes out by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Can I ask for a combination of grades?
Yes — up to three grades per request, which is what you need for a side-by-side comparison at your own dosage. If you are unsure which grades to compare, describe the application and the target performance, and we suggest the two or three that bracket it.
Can the sample be used for production validation?
The sample is production material taken from a normal batch, not a laboratory preparation, so it can go straight into a plant trial. The 200 g quantity suits a bench or small-mixer trial rather than a full production run; for a line trial, ask for a 25 kg bag in the same enquiry.
Need the price as well as the sample?
Send the grade, the monthly volume and the destination port and you get the price, the MOQ and the packing options in one reply — within 12 working hours.
